Hey Elevate Fam,

April is here, and somehow Vegas skipped right past “spring” and went straight to “preheat.” If you’re reading this while debating whether it’s too early to turn your AC on (it’s not), just know you’re not alone. We hope everyone is hydrating, finding their SPF, and mentally preparing for another blazing Vegas summer like the true desert survivors we are ☀️🔥

But more importantly… Happy National Volunteer Month 🧡

We just had to take a moment to say how grateful we are for this community. We started out just trying to make a few friends on Meetup, and somehow built a network of 4,000+ incredibly motivated, hilarious, kind, and driven people who genuinely want to make an impact. And that impact is bigger than we ever imagined — something we’ll never take for granted.

Thank you for everything you do. Truly. Whether it’s showing up at 7 AM for food distribution (or even 5 AM for marathon volunteering 😅), coming out to events after a long day, or simply bringing your energy and positivity into the space — you make this community what it is. Not just when it’s easy, but when it’s early, hot, or inconvenient… you still show up. And that means everything to us.

And a BIG shoutout to our organizers who keep this whole thing running — event after event, idea after idea: Desiree, Jackie, Jennifer, Jess, Joli, Julia, Katrine, Regiee, Carlos 💥 We appreciate you more than you know.

Now let’s get into April, because we’re not slowing down anytime soon 👀

We’re kicking things off immediately — like, tonight immediately. If you’re reading this the day it drops, our first event is our Final Four watch party at Slater’s 50/50. Come hungry, grab a drink, and get ready to watch some ball with the crew 🏀

From there, we’ve got a stacked lineup: our Kendra Scott Gives Back event (aka the perfect excuse to shop and give back), a Jiu Jitsu beginners class for a little main character energy, and a happy hour to close out the month strong. Plus, our usual favorites — board game night for laughs and friendly competition, and volunteering with The Just One Project to keep showing up for our community in a real way 🤝
