Spring is in the air, and so are the good vibes! 🌸✨ February had us hyped with the Super Bowl, but March is bringing even bigger energy—because not only do we have an action-packed event lineup, but it’s also Women’s History Month! 🧡

Elevate Diversity is 70% women, and we take pride in celebrating the powerhouse women in our community who are breaking barriers, building businesses, and making waves. But we also know that success starts with access—so at every March event, we’ll be collecting donations of professional clothing (interview-appropriate suits, dresses, blouses, pants, skirts, and shoes) to support workforce development initiatives for women. Let’s show up for each other in more ways than one! 💜👗

Now, onto the events:

We’re kicking things off with our first-ever Tech Industry Night—a game-changer for anyone looking to break into or level up in the industry. Then, we’re bringing the creativity with a Sip, Paint & Create night—custom sneakers, purses, and art, all with B.Y.O.B. vibes. 🎨👟 And of course, we’re going all in on March Madness—brackets will be busted, drinks will be flowing, and the energy will be UNMATCHED. 🏀🔥

Oh, and did we mention Board Game Night: Game Show Edition is happening? Bring your game face and your A-game—prizes are on the line! 🎤🎲
