Elevate Diversity March Newsletter!🌸

Spring is in the air! ...And some fire events.

Hey Elevate Fam,

March is here, and we’re stepping into it with purpose. 🌸✨ It’s Women’s History Month, and at Elevate, that means celebrating the incredible women in our community and taking action to create opportunity.

The majority of Elevate Diversity is women, and we’re inspired every day by the leaders, founders, creatives, and change-makers who show up in our spaces. This year, we’re turning that celebration into impact by partnering with Dress for Success Southern Nevada to support women entering or re-entering the workforce.

At every March event, we’ll be collecting donations of women’s professional clothing — interview-ready suits, blouses, dresses, slacks, skirts, and professional shoes. Your gently used pieces can help someone walk into her next opportunity with confidence.

Because when women have access to resources, mentorship, and community, there’s no limit to what they can achieve. 💜👗

Let’s celebrate Women’s History Month by lifting each other up — in more ways than one.

See you at our March events!

Happy Women’s History Month!

Celebrating the Strength, Impact, and Future of Women

Every March, we recognize Women’s History Month as more than a celebration. It is a commitment. A commitment to honoring the women who have challenged inequity, redefined leadership, built movements, led industries, and transformed communities — often without recognition, credit, or equal opportunity.

Women’s History Month began as Women’s History Week in 1980, established by President Jimmy Carter. By 1987, after continued advocacy from educators and activists, it expanded into a full month of national recognition. Like many equity-centered observances, it exists because women’s contributions were historically minimized, excluded from textbooks, and overlooked in leadership spaces.

Let’s be clear: advocating for women’s equity is not divisive. It is necessary.

Women’s History Month is not only about honoring the past. It is about recognizing the systems that still need change and the responsibility we all share in building more equitable spaces — in our workplaces, our communities, and our networks.

At Elevate Diversity, we believe opportunity should not depend on gender. We believe representation matters. We believe access changes lives. And we believe celebrating women means backing that celebration with action — amplifying voices, opening doors, sharing resources, and showing up for one another.

This month, we celebrate women’s leadership, innovation, resilience, and impact. Not quietly. Not temporarily. And not just in March. 💜

Thanks for spending some time with us. See you next month!
